This place is not completely vegan, but they have great vegan options and even vegetarian options that can be veganized. I have the fully vegan breakfast burrito from the menu, so good.

Ignores local mask mandates and does not respect marginalized employees.

Many milk-free milk options and employees were helpful to describe which drinks milk had in syrups/bottles. they had only blueberry vegan muffins (which were delicious), but we were informed that they have actually more options.

I have the dirty hippie with subbed plant milk. pretty good, not much vegan food options, although

Bishop, by internet search has few V options. Hopeful this place would offer more but alas, fell short. Not a fan of muffins for breakfast but for those who are this might work. Oatmeal was instant and had high sugar. Presentation with fresh blueberries, banana and apples was nice. They split out bowl for us.
