Great customer service and great food.

One of the cleanest KFC's in the area. This is reflected in the quality of the food. Highly recommended. The fries are still some of the worst fast food fries but this is a KFC UK HQ issue and not something the store can address locally.

The portion sizes are disappointingly small and not worth the money. The customer service is poor, with some staff displaying a terrible attitude towards customers. This franchise is not up to the standards of the KFC brand that I love.

I ordered 1 wrap of the day, 1 apple and black currant drink, and 2 hot wings through the drive-thru at the restaurant. However, I was incorrectly charged for a meal that I did not order, which cost 60p more. When I returned to the restaurant, the staff member initially argued that the meal deal was cheaper. After speaking with the supervisor, I was refunded the extra 60p. The staff member claimed she thought the meal was cheaper, but later admitted she may have misheard me. No apologies were given for the attempt to upsell me on a more expensive meal that I did not request. The crew working between 12-1pm on June 1, 2023, lacked integrity and need a moral compass to guide them in the right direction.
