The portion sizes are disappointingly small and not worth the money. The customer service is poor, with some staff displaying a terrible attitude towards customers. This franchise is not up to the standards of the KFC brand that I love.

The restaurant has inconsistent service, with some staff being attentive while others are too busy chatting with each other. This can result in orders being incorrect.

I ordered 1 wrap of the day, 1 apple and black currant drink, and 2 hot wings through the drive-thru at the restaurant. However, I was incorrectly charged for a meal that I did not order, which cost 60p more. When I returned to the restaurant, the staff member initially argued that the meal deal was cheaper. After speaking with the supervisor, I was refunded the extra 60p. The staff member claimed she thought the meal was cheaper, but later admitted she may have misheard me. No apologies were given for the attempt to upsell me on a more expensive meal that I did not request. The crew working between 12-1pm on June 1, 2023, lacked integrity and need a moral compass to guide them in the right direction.

Cold tough fries. A soft drink cup filled to half with ice with no option to remove it during the order. I'm paying for a soft drink. I want to get just that, not a full cup of ice. It's a very sneaky practice not to give you as much as they asked you to pay for. Constantly Offering Bigger and bigger drinks. Which means a bigger cup greater amount of ice. The drinks are cooled already, there is not even a need for ice in general. The wings was fine

Hardly ever get your order correct and when they do it always either greasy as hell or tastes like it been stuck in the heating cabinets all day. Can't get in touch with them either the phone number on the website is useless save your money and go elsewhere.
