The staff at this restaurant is absolutely wonderful, especially considering it was a Monday evening! Whenever my coffee wasn't up to par, I spoke with the barista and she listened attentively. What Philly05 doesn't like about Caffe Nero:
Tried here as a change from Costa coffee, which were quite rude on our last visit in Mere Green. Where their coffee was undrinkable and just looked like hot milk. Anyway enjoyed our toasted sandwiches at Nero especially the cheese and mushroom one and cheese and tomato was very nice too. I had a caramel latte and a classic hot chocolate with the coffee tasted great and the hot chocolate was enjoyed by my son. the personal was very pleasant when ordering and serving the drinks.
What made the difference here was the friendly staff that brought my drink to me and saw that I had my hands full with my baby son. the hot chocolate was beautiful. thanks for the staff (younger.)
1. visit for a long time and much better than last time we had coffee here, staff much more present and toilet cleaner.
Of the three main coffee establishments in the town centre, this is by far my favourite. Great place to chill out with a flat white and and a muffin of your choice. Can get rather busy at weekends, so week days best.
