I chose to pick my own ingredients, lots of options. It was super big, enough for 2 meals, and enjoyable. It just needed a larger container of dressing and also it didn’t arrive warm like it was supposed to. View all feedback.
What Fronia Williams dislikes about Chopt:
Salads were so so and pricey .My daughter ordered the tex mex type of salad and they wanted to charge extra for olives. Been waiting to try and I was a little disappointed. View all feedback.
My favorite dish is the vegan Mexicali salad. Although it’s no longer on the menu, most of the staff are familiar with how to prepare it.

As someone with food allergies and dietary preferences, Chopt is one of my favorite places to eat out in Birmingham. The salads are never over dressed, and the flavors go well together. Unlike some of the other build-your-own salad places here, all of the vegan options are marked on the menu. Updated from previous review on 2022-11-10
My salad was delicious, and the portion was huge. I very much enjoyed it.
