What Pam doesn't like about Ruth's Chris Steak House - Birmingham:
The meal was excellent. However, the seafood tower (a specialty) was not available. The bourbon I ordered was at first not available, but then was available and the drinks took an excessive amount of time. We notified at the time of reservation that this was a special birthday celebration and there was no acknowledgment of same. Our server was attentive and friendly. View all feedback.

We had jessie b as a waitress and she was phenomenal! the food was fantastic and had the best aroma. that must have the best filet in the city!
