Thankfully, I had a printed copy of the confirmation, which allowed them to accommodate us. I recommend booking directly with them instead. It took about an hour from our arrival to when our order was finally taken. The food was excellent, but the service was quite slow during busy times, despite the team's politeness and friendliness. For a better experience, I suggest visiting on a quieter night.
