**Discovering the Flavors of Kim Long: A Vietnamese Gem in Biloxi**
Kim Long restaurant offers a delightful dive into traditional Vietnamese cuisine, featuring a menu that delights both locals and visitors. Diners rave about the fresh spring rolls and standout fried rice dishes, notably the shrimp and pork variety. While the pho may be hit or miss—some suggest the broth can be overly seasoned—many experiences are enhanced by the inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. Though service may not always be prompt, patrons appreciate the laid-back vibe and authenticity. As one visitor noted, this is a spot worth the drive along the Mississippi coast for flavorful Vietnamese dishes.

During a recent company trip, we needed a restaurant that could accommodate 32 people at the last minute, and this place came through for us. They did an excellent job serving us over the course of a few days. The Vietnamese dishes were expertly seasoned to appeal to the Asian palate and were bursting with flavor. Additionally, they offer authentic Vietnamese coffee, which was a delightful surprise.
This is a wonderful authentic Vietnamese restaurant. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, with a flavorful soup base. I highly recommend it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They offer a wide variety of soups and classic dishes. Service is generally prompt, but you'll need to request refills as they're not automatically provided. Since many Asian soup dishes are enjoyed as a drink, it’s common not to receive refills unless asked. I usually order a soda or tea along with a water to avoid getting thirsty.
The food was delicious and the service was quick. I tried dish #48, which is shown in the picture I posted with this review. The pork chops were incredibly flavorful, and the rice was cooked to perfection. I wish I could give this dish a 10-star rating!
Amazing! If you are stationed or TDY to Keesler and you ever choose to go to some chain restaurant over this place, you've made a grave mistake. It may not be fancy, but as far as I can tell it's as authentic as it gets. Everything is delicious and fresh. Lunch or dinner are both great options and I've never gone away still feeling hungry. #92 and the pork Bahn Mi (poboy) are my favorites.
Traditional vietnamese cuisine. The food is excellent. The food is cooked and served by vietnamese staff, there is some times a language barrier but if you are patient you will end up with a very tasty meal. I have never had a bad meal there. The only folks I know that complain have ADHD or just plain mean spirited. Everyone else has a good time and a delicious meal. I brought some friends from England in and they thought it was wonderful, they are usually a very picky group. But all went well.
