Was a great experience! Recommend doing the birthday celebrations.
The food was nasty. We was basically ignored for like almost 30 minutes until we were asked for our order on top of that the seat they placed me was completely wet and had to used the rolled up napkin they had on the table to clean it up because once again we was ignored. I didn’t get my food til past midnight and it wasn’t even my birthday anymore!!! The only thing that was good was the drinks. The whole experience RUINED my birthday!
The service and drinks were ok but the food was horrible! The food was bland and had no taste at all I also had the a side of broccoli that had way too much salt on it!!!! 1/10 Food was definitely not worth the price!
The Sugar Factory is an enjoyable restaurant for the whole family with a great energetic atmosphere. The food is delicious and creative, especially for kids. I always love dining at The Sugar Factory whenever I have the opportunity.
They didn't have the ranch burger, what the heck. They also didn't have takeout boxes. Disappointing.
