In only about 3 minutes, we received our order of three meals, all of which were hot and delicious. The chicken pieces were particularly tasty and we appreciated that nothing was forgotten.

They informed me that they were out of chips and pot... read more During the Queensland floods, I called ahead to check if the restaurant was experiencing any supply issues. They informed me that they were out of chips and potatoes, but had plenty of chicken products available. Due to high demand, they had to shut down their app and close their drive-through, as some customers were becoming frustrated. In my opinion, those customers should be grateful that they were able to get any KFC at all. Despite the limited menu, our meal was still delicious even without chips. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite the challenging circumstances. A little bit of understanding can make a big difference.

My partner and I ordered a large amount of food and were impressed by the speed of the drive-thru service, as we were through in less than 3 minutes. The customer service was efficient and professional. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the fries were also delicious. Our meals were complete and I must mention that the 5 piece box was packed exceptionally well with a great variety of chicken pieces. It was definitely a KFC experience that I wish I could have everywhere. Kudos to KFC Biloela for a job well done.

Th... read more For the context, the Qld floods happen. I called ahead to ask if the store had any supply problems. You said yes, no chips, no potato, many chicken products. They had to turn off the app and drive their car. Apparently too many people were frustrated. These frustrated people should just be happy that they get kfc. Our were very delicious even without chips!! The staff was friendly and helpful under difficult circumstances. A little consideration goes far.
