Service in evenings was poor and tapas selection was su... read more On our current visit to Bilbao , we dropped in to Zuga a couple of times nearest entrance to our hotel . Service in evenings was poor and tapas selection was substandard by comparison with other bars . But what really annoyed me was the staffs attitude toward maintaining the closing time . On our first evening , Monday , closing time was 10pm , by Thursday evening we were told by an unpleasant man that we would not be served at 9.28 pm ! These bars must be making so much money that working to official closing time is not necessary ! If it was mine I would be reviewing the attitude of the employees both towards opening hours and towards customers !
