The shower and bathroom are excellent, one of the highlights of the stay. WiFi works well throughout the hotel. Being centrally located is a bonus, and it's not overly crowded, so you can relax and enjoy your time without the hustle.

We chose hotel partly due to... read more Very nice hotel in a good location to explore Bilbao. Good quality rooms and breakfast, and staff were very welcoming and helpful. We chose hotel partly due to ease of access from main road network. Car park was very tight to navigate in Nissan Quashqai, but spaces were big enough for this vehicle. Location was great for us, with metro, train, tram and bus either on road outside or just round corner. 10/15 min walk to centre and a great choice of pinxtao bars. About 20 mins walk to Guggenheim. Recommended.

The price might b... read more Very worn down hotel in an urgent need of renovation. Room walls are very thin and door is not isolated from the hallway making it very noisy. The price might be low, but next time I will add 20€ for better and more updated hotel.
