E... read more Mina was absolutely fantastic! We did the 14 course tasting menu (which turned out to be 16 courses) with 7 wine pairing for lunch and were really blown away. Even the dishes we didn't love were at least quite interesting. The service was nice, the pairings were thoughtful, and the cuisine was quite innovative we will re visit the next time we are in Bilbao!

Most of the dishes were excellent, with perhaps only one or two that was less impressive. The bonito, the scallop, and the oyster were incredible. Although, they change their menu based on availability so not sure if you can count on certain dishes being there. They have two menus, one with 10 dishes and one with 14. They let us choose to pick one and one, which is not typical in these restaurants. They have very uncommon wines, so you'll likely need some assistance finding something to your liking. We got some nice verdejo and txakoli. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The only regret is that we didn't find a spot in the bar, which I think is best place to enjoy the meal.
