The truth is that it has a spectacular pincho bar and each one more colorful and eye-catching. I wanted sandwich triangles, I was interested in one that was there the vegetable . I asked the waiter to see if it had York ham because I like the usual vegetable with York ham....the waiter was very friendly. He went to the kitchen, ordered a slice of York ham and put it on my sandwich. I ended up eating two triangles Delicious, juicy, fresh, the lettuce was very fresh....and best of all, the tomato did not have the stem that it usually has in the middle because it had been removed. I have a crusade with all the bars where you order a sandwich and you get the stem of the tomato, I don 't understand it, it is a hard stem that apart from being unpleasant in the mouth...you don 't expect something hard in a soft sandwich... ...and you could break a tooth. Countless bars in Bilbao do it and I am going to highlight it in my reviews. I can 't stand it when the tomato stem always touches me. From LA MACHINE, I would like to point out that the sandwiches were fabulous...the super friendly waiter who immediately gave me York ham, I asked for a very cold Coca Cola...and...tachan...he gave me a Coca Cola cold soda. A place that is a pleasure to go to for its food, service and atmosphere. Needless to say, I will return because I have been going since the 90s. A place where you go....you eat....you pay......and you leave happy. I wish there were more places like this in Bilbao. What a shame that I don 't see how to accompany my review with photos.
