Fav dish here: The jamón con tomate sauce. The tomato sauce is fresh, tasted and looked like the tomatoes were picked right from the backyard. I’m missing the pan con tomate here in northern Spain, but this combo gets pretty close
At a very busy Friday night we were lucky to find a table. Although the restaurant was very busy, the service was brilliant. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Especially the food was excellent. We had a mixture of barponchos and freshly prepared... Tishes and all were very good.
There at Sat night in the Fiesta week. Brilliant service and I had the best yarn and mussel risotto per large staff. It was so good that my husband wanted the same thing. The next night Sunday, the 25th and the same dish was... so different. Risotto was full of Squid and Calamari and was extremely oily and after eating we both felt very inflated and it was a terrible experience. It must have been another cook, but one day was brilliant and the next night was terrible. Very sad.
Friendly and accommodating staff. We sent food for a while. We feel very welcome, even this hour.
Felt like on of the more elegant bars in the neighborhood but the prices was very decent and comparable to others. Very well prepared pinxtos and good selection of wines by the glass. A group more than four would have some challenges to sit together...so the option would be to hang at the bar. Definitely worth a visit.
