Despite the long wait for our burgers, which took over half an hour even though there was only one order ahead of us, the food was decent and the staff were friendly. However, the wait time was unacceptable, especially considering we had a long drive ahead of us. The quality of the burgers was good, but it shouldn't take 30 minutes to cook two burgers. Unfortunately, the hot potato dish, which had great reviews, is no longer available. I give this restaurant 3 stars because of the friendly staff and decent food, but they really need to work on their time management. Feedback for improvement: time management is crucial.

However, the service and atmosphere were horrendous - children running around the restaurant, teenage waitstaff making us order at the front even though we were the only patrons, and people just loitering around instead of enjoying a meal. I definitely will not be returning and suggest not wasting your time dining here. There are much better options in the area!
