The way wings are prepared—whether fried or baked—shouldn't come with an outrageous 60-minute wait time for a delivery just 2.5 miles away. This is just another poorly managed establishment in Big Spring, TX. The blaring rap music inside might be affecting the work ethic of the young staff, who seem more interested in having a good time than providing decent service. This place really needs to shut down and make way for Papa John’s to return. Plus, it's incredibly overpriced. It's laughable to spend $60 on just two orders of wings and one combo meal.
I had a great experience at this restaurant! The food is delicious and much better than the local spot I used to go to, plus it's more affordable. While there isn't a sports bar vibe—something I don't mind since I don't drink or watch sports—what really matters are the wings. Their spiciest flavor is surprisingly enjoyable and actually tasty. I did receive fry ends instead of a full serving of fries during my last visit, but overall, I'm thrilled to finally have a Wingstop in town. I've been about ten times, and I've consistently had great wings, except for one occasion which they promptly resolved.
I ordered 200 wings, fries, and veggies online. I had someone pick it up for me, but when the order arrived, all seven orders of fries were missing. I called the store to speak with a supervisor, and she offered me a store credit. However, I don't want store credit since I don’t visit Wingstop frequently enough to take advantage of it. I paid for my order, and it was their mistake, so I would like a refund for the fries. It's frustrating that Wingstop is the only restaurant where they can mess up an order and try to place the blame on the customer or offer store credit instead of addressing the issue properly. Wingstop, whether as a franchise or corporate entity, needs to do better. Yes, I do have the receipt.
You run wings through a fryer or an oven. A right off the bat 60 minute wait time to deliver 2.5 miles down the road is ridiculous. Just another Big Spring, TX poorly ran establishment. Perhaps the rap music blasting in-store is polluting the workethic of the young, pot loving employees. This needs to shut down and Papa John?s needs to come back. Also, extremelyoverpriced. Lol at paying 60 dollars for two wing only meals and one combo.
Good food, much better than the local place I used to frequent, and cheaper. No sports bar part but I don't drink or watch sports. Wings are the important part. The hottest flavor is actually edible and taste good. They gave me fry ends this time instead of a full fry but other than that I'm happy to finally have a Wing stop in town. I've been about 10 times and had goodwings everytime except once which they fixed.
