I have had plenty of Culver's but this was hands down the best burger, fries, and concrete I've everexperienced.

Typically, wait times range from 15 to 20 minutes, which I initially thought wa... read more The food at Culver's is excellent, but this location tends to be extremely slow. Typically, wait times range from 15 to 20 minutes, which I initially thought was due to everything being made fresh. I've never experienced such long waits at other Culver's locations; when I was working in Cadillac, I was amazed at their speed. Additionally, the ketchup situation is problematic. No matter how much I request, I never receive enough. On my last visit, which cost me $16, I specifically asked for extra ketchup three times, and they confirmed each time but ultimately I received none.
