It was the only thing wrong with her order, but she thr... read more There was a very rude, hostile customer that came in after receiving a sandwich that had tomatoes on it. It was the only thing wrong with her order, but she threw her bag across the counter and told them that they did everything wrong. She made ituncomfortable for everyone in the restaurant. The staff was polite and quickly fixed her order. When they gave her the foodand told her that she could keep her first sandwich as well, she threw it. They did a great job keeping things as calm andpeaceful as possible despite her behaviors. They didn't try to mock or have eye gestures to indicate any disgust with her whenshe left. It was handled very maturely for a staff of what looked like college-aged students. I was highly impressed with theprofessionalism. I believe that this happened on 8/20/2022 at around 2:10pm. I hope that the staff knows that their positiveattitudes and workplace ethics is appreciated.

Anyway, 5 months ago, I tried the NEW WAYGU Burger. It was fresh, hot, and tasty. This is a winner for Arby's restaurant. Thestaff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. A very pleasant experience for anyone who dines in or has a carry out. Hats off toAmanda and her staff. This Arby's is second to none...

The meat was dry and chewy with a leathery looking piece of cheese. Not much in the line of barbecue sauce on it either. I'm really not impressed inthe foil lined envelope it was in either. The curly fries were fresh.

Just wish it was one of those sandwiches that was included on the two for $6 deals. We always buy two when we go if not 4 to take one home for dinner, just gets a little pricey at times, especially when I find myself binge eating French Dips which seems to be happening once a year at least. I'll eat nothing but that for 3-4 months. Lol
