Not very clean, the employee did the best she could all by herself.
Your typical Subway, lot's of choices and great subs
The staff at this Subway always welcomes me with warmth, even on days when I walk in looking my worst after dropping off my moody preteen at school. I really appreciate their positive attitude! The place is clean, and it's great to see the mini mart thriving. Keep up the fantastic work, everyone! After being away for 20 years, I'm back and plan to be a loyal customer for life. Great job!
Overall, it's pretty good. The only downside is that when it gets busy, they sometimes forget certain items on your sandwich. We have to remind them, but that’s to be expected at any busy place.
The Subway manager, April, is completely unprofessional. She frequently curses at both customers and employees, subjecting staff and patrons to verbal abuse. This manager is driving away customers and her team faster than she can prepare a sandwich. I'm surprised I'm the first to leave a review here and hope more feedback comes from the patrons and employees of Marbleton/Big Piney. The menu may be good, but the poor management overshadows the entire experience.
