Our waitress, Brook, was professional and... read more On July 13, 2018, we dined as a party of three for the first time during midday. As locals, we had high expectations. Our waitress, Brook, was professional and courteous, but unfortunately, our meals were not served together. When I inquired about this, Brook explained that the cook had instructed her to bring out the first meal. This raised some concerns about the kitchen's training. We ended up waiting long enough for one of the meals to get cold before the other two were served. Brook seemed displeased when we asked her to reheat the cold meal in the microwave for 30 seconds. After about five minutes, she finally brought out the reheated dish. We spent nearly $100 and left Brook a reasonable tip, but we also informed her that we wouldn’t be returning.
