In Bietigheim there is at least one reason to have a longer break in the car: the guest house Storchen. He is certainly not ugly, not normal and also not very loud. He's not lousy and not cold. It is authentic and beautifully located: The stork has its nest in the most beautiful location of the Bietigheimer Bürgergarten. And by the way, very typical moments of pleasure appear on his map and very soon in my belly. The rustic-beautiful traditional house with its lovingly designed interior and a beautiful summer terrace invites you to relax at any time of year. The whole thing is then paired at fair prices. Traditional Swabian and seasonal dishes are a small but good wine selection of the best places in the region. Since 2013, the team of brothers Wentz has been growing under the plumage of the Storks. All its grounded creations are freshly prepared with selected, fresh and mostly regional ingredients, without preservatives and flavor enhancers. It is proud of seasonal cuisine and brings to the table what makes the region. Pork cake in a strong late burgundy sauce with butter bowl or roach from beef to the grandma recipe in fine trolling sauce, with apple red and potato dumplings are exceptional and finely flavored. It is winter and we ate inside.You feel like you are in a very old elegent house. They have well prepared it from inside to give you the feeling of comfortability. The waitresses were very friendly and quick to take the orders. Needless to say, typical food from this area, called (schwaebisch), is there. I was with my friends and all dishes were good. Even desserts were special and delicious.
The storchen is a top address in Bietigheim...here is still cooked with love....Please continue so! we will come here
Everything fits: beautiful location at the civic garden (park with meadows, playgrounds for children, flowers, water,) a beautiful old house radiates from far away through the green, is tastefully decorated, has pleasant garden areas. the food is excellent, lovingly prepared, tastes great. and above all the service is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is so right to feel comfortable. who is foreign should be well over access or access.
