My review today relates to the service and the handling of errors. Two of our two orders were delivered incorrectly. When we got home, we noticed the error and immediately called to report it. After clarifying the order and the issue, we were transferred three times by phone. Since we live too far away, another call would have been too inconvenient. We requested two replacement orders for the next order. This was rejected with the words: You can eat the food you received! Yes, really! You don 't pay €40 for that, do you? We called to inform them that we no longer wanted to be their customers, and then they said: Yeah, okay
