When ordering, I was initially overlooked, even though there were only four of us. After I finally managed to order, my burger arrived significantly earlier than everyone else's food. By the time we could all eat together, my fries and burger were already cold. The waiter did offer to reheat the burger, but a reheated burger is simply not the same as a fresh one. Taste-wise, it was also far from impressive; the meat was burnt in the middle. When I brought this up at the end, I was simply told that I should have mentioned it right away, and they would have brought me a new one. After all the unpleasantness, I didn't want to wait again. In the end, I still had to pay the full price. Definitely not worth a visit again; the service staff, in particular, left a very poor impression.
