The chicken burger was extremely bland, as if it hadn't been seasoned at all, and the cheeseburger was extremely salty. On top of that, we had to wait two hours for our food. It was the worst meal I've had this year.

We, who come from the Balkans ourselves, are even more disappointed. We were looking forward to good, honest Balkan food, but instead we got overpriced portions that were absolutely not worth the money. Value for money: catastrophic. This simply shouldn't happen – never again! We didn't receive a receipt. I'll call, and I'd like an invoice anyway.

We paid almost €100 and got neither the quantity nor the quality to justify that price. This is unacceptable. You simply feel ripped off. For us, one thing is clear: once and never again! I thought the... read more It definitely seems authentic (even though I've never been to the Balkans : I had a pizza. The pizza was prepared quickly and the price was fair. I thought the tomato sauce had way too much flavor... It had a very strong oregano taste, and the crust was too light for me, but all in all... a solid pizza. : I'm really looking forward to trying the meat dishes; I think the Balkanburger really wins out here...
