I ordered three drinks that came to $10, but when I reached the window, the staff member only filled our drinks halfway. She insisted that if there wasn't much ice, we wouldn't get a full drink. To make things worse, I was charged again for my third drink. My partner was frustrated with the situation, and I just wanted to leave. Overall, the service left a lot to be desired.

Recently, I stopped by the Dunkin' in S... read more I visit this restaurant every morning without fail. The staff is fantastic, but the food and drinks aren’t measuring up. Recently, I stopped by the Dunkin' in Saco and the iced coffee I had there was so much more flavorful compared to the one at the Biddeford location. I’m not sure why that is. Additionally, it seems like there's one oven they use that gives everything cooked in it a strange, unappetizing taste. I hope they can identify the cause of these issues and address them. I'm actually considering making the trip to the Saco location, even though it's farther, because I’d prefer better quality for my money.
