I ordered three drinks that came to $10, but when I reached the window, the staff member only filled our drinks halfway. She insisted that if there wasn't much ice, we wouldn't get a full drink. To make things worse, I was charged again for my third drink. My partner was frustrated with the situation, and I just wanted to leave. Overall, the service left a lot to be desired.

Recently, I stopped by the Dunkin' in Saco and the iced coffee I had there was so much more flavorful compared to the one at the Biddeford location. I’m not sure why that is. Additionally, it seems like there's one oven they use that gives everything cooked in it a strange, unappetizing taste. I hope they can identify the cause of these issues and address them. I'm actually considering making the trip to the Saco location, even though it's farther, because I’d prefer better quality for my money.

However, going inside is the worst... read more Avoid this place if you're in a rush. I've been coming here for over a year. The drive-thru does keep moving, albeit slowly. However, going inside is the worst decision you can make. You'll end up waiting at the register without anyone taking your order. They seem to prioritize incoming mobile orders, even if they were placed after you arrived. The lobby is crowded with customers in line and mobile orders piling up. They struggle to manage their orders efficiently, which leads to long wait times.

I'm not sure if Steve and his wife still own it, but I've recently noticed handwritten signs at the drive-thru indicating it’s closed, which feels quite unprofessional. The afternoon staff has been quite disappointing; I've seen teenagers mocking previous customers right in front of others.
