Dunkin' - Biddeford

I visit this place often, and I absolutely love their turkey sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. It’s my favorite go-to breakfast!

I was disappointed with my experience. I paid for three drinks, totaling $10. When I reached the window, the girl only filled our drinks halfway and insisted that if there wasn't much ice, we wouldn't get a full drink. To make matters worse, she charged me for my third drink again. My partner was upset about the situation, and I just wanted to get out of there. Overall, the service was not very good.

I come here every morning. Religiously. Ladies working are great but their products are lacking. Recently, I stopped at Saco Dunkin and the iced coffee I got was sooo flavorful compared to the Biddeford location? Why? I also think there is one oven theyuse that just makes all the food cooked in there have this weird flavor that is not appetizing. Please figure out what iscausing these issues and correct them. I'm considering just going to Saco location even though it's further away. I'd appreciatebetter quality for my money.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I ordered three drinks but only received two, yet I was still charged for all three. In fact, we ended up being charged twice for the same drink. I wish you luck at this poorly managed location with its subpar service!

Received a $50 e gift card. I went to exchange it for two $25 cards to give to staff but manager said it was only good for food product....didnt make a lot of sense
