The meal was hearty and full of scallops, pies. We tried the award-winning curry and mornay duo, along with chicken Camembert and classic bacon steak with mushrooms. We also enjoyed a cup of tea. It was a fantastic way to begin the day!
This bakery is adorable and offers reasonable prices. We were eager to try the scallop pie, but unfortunately couldn't fit it in our stomachs. However, the salad rolls were delicious and the sandwiches were very tasty. The olive breads at the front were also very delicious and filling. If we had more time in Bicheno, we would definitely come back for more.
The restaurant has a welcoming staff and offers a fantastic variety of sandwiches, paninis, pies, cakes, and coffee. I decided to try the renowned mornay scallop pie for $9.50, and it was absolutely delicious. The coffee was also excellent, priced at $4.40 for a small flat white.
Great vegetarian pie. It really was, full of flavour with a good hint of spice, oh and the pastry was devine. The meat and pepper pie was also good, the Thai Green Curry pie delicious. One of the best little bakeries I have stopped by and would happily stop by again. Thanks for the 6am pies!
