Hello, I was at the Varese bar restaurant on August 18 with my family. It was the second time I ate at the Varese bar, the first 1 year ago, I was a guest of my relatives and we were invited to dinner and what a dinner, I found home flavors, all very nice and good, the second time three weeks ago. From the aperitif to the dessert, truly excellent and well cared for. I never forget the appetizer, a good well seasoned raw ham etc etc, the first lasagne and then grilled meat. All excellent. On Saturday 6th August I got a takeaway pizza... Compliments to the pizza chef, the dough was tasty, the cooking was good... I went back on Monday 8th and got the same takeaway pizza, always compliments to the pizza chef. I cannot compliment the management.... The price of the pizza had increased by 1 euro, the water had increased by 30 cents... But what left me perplexed was that they denied the increase... But I had paid with paper.... And paper sings. The blonde lady with glasses tells me: take it or leave it. I bought the pizza anyway, the waiting time was 3/4 of an hour. Not very professional... While waiting, many people sitting at the tables complained about the long waits and a service that certainly needs to be improved... I advise you to organize yourself better and not bluff about the prices.
The young woman behind the cash register had no mask. We asked to be seated outside and she brought us the menus without a mask, so I asked her why she wasn’t wearing a mask and she said haughtily, “Because I don’t want to”. I said, “We are in the middle of a pandemic and you are putting everyone you come into contact with at risk.” She said, “So?” I said, it’s the law that you must wear a mask and ask for the green pass from your clients (but nobody inside was wearing masks either).” She said, I don’t have to and it’s not the law.” I then told her we didn’t have to eat there either and we left. I later found out that it is a family owned business and the entire family is anti-vax. Even worse, you can’t complain to the police because the police eat there every single day and they are friends with the mayor too. They can flaunt the law, because there is nobody to enforce it. We can boycott their business.
