This was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had at a coffee chain. The review is from October 22, 2021, between 8-9 o'clock. What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Super careless customer service. I have been their regular customer in this place and only one time I left my card at home. I asked them and explained I left anf the price for a small coffee is 1.47 But I was treated with a not friendly behavior. When I visited Canada, I went to Tim Hortons. I tried an Ice Capp and it was really delicious.

The staff didn't seem interested in resolving the issue and even argued with me when I pointed out that my order was incorrect. Is this their attitude towards all customers?
The donuts at this restaurant are typically stale and there are not many flavors to choose from.
Always friendly and fast with ordering eating is tasty and tasty my personal favorites tims I go out of my way to this
One staff is rude, but the others are sweet as Tim bits
