Chalet - BIBBIENA

After having crossed Trebbio, Forche, Centoforche, Carnaio, Mandrioli by motorbike and a stop in the cool of the Camaldoli Hermitage, before tackling the Spino and taking the route back to Romagna we took a break at the Chalet. Local cheeses with honey, raw with a knife followed by cacio pepe gnocchi. A delight!! Congratulations for the excellent cuisine and the exquisite welcome!
