Sushiwave - Biarritz

Living in the neighborhood for a few months, I wanted to test this sushi restaurant. card that makes you want, I order the Californian gambas and the belsa plate, they are good but frankly for the price you have to make efforts on the presentation to take and the size of the Californian and the size of the plate in sauce at 16,50€ must be serious! you will see on the photo the diff between the card and what is there by opening the box. My companion took Californian chicken, no crust on the caali, no fried chicken, or sesame.

Finally quality sushi, especially the taste: "the must-have" on the map. there is taste, it is fresh, it is very beautiful, very beautiful presentation and a quality service. with anaëlle, no forgetting for the different sakes. Thank you.

The sushi was really in the average, but the staff was very friendly, probably the best of sushiwave. another bad point I was disappointing is that they do not accept the French "ticket restaurant" (only the card), although they enter the ticket restaurant sticker on the restaurant.

Innovative and well-presented fushion sushi-like food. Utmost original. Very friendly welcome and service. This is an example how young creative people can make the world a better place. With food at least !
