A member of our group was an elderly person who had fallen in the street, was bleeding at her leg, and... read more One of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. A member of our group was an elderly person who had fallen in the street, was bleeding at her leg, and urgently needed to use the restroom. Despite explaining the situation and after understanding the need to go to the restroom, the staff refused to let them use the bathroom. It showed a complete lack of empathy and basic human decency during what was clearly an emergency. If this is how customers and people in need are treated, it raises serious concerns about the values of this establishment. I cannot comment on the quality of the food because, after witnessing such heartless behavior, we had no desire to stay. People deserve to know not only what a restaurant serves, but also how it treats others when compassion is needed most. I certainly won't be coming back, and I cannot recommend this place.

The quality of the food is consistently outstanding, and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. According to our children, this is where you’ll find the best Axoa in town, and after trying it ourselves, we have to agree! A place we always look forward to visiting whenever we are in Biarritz. Highly recommended!
