Very Nice Vegetarian Food in the town, The restaurant is located in the heart of the city, Its on H.H. Dalai Lama Temple road.

This restaurant is small and well-managed, located in the main market just a few steps downstairs. The food is delicious and affordable. I highly recommend it.

We tried a couple of dishes with some of them being tasty —in particularly daal. The service was a bit slow. It seemed to be a popular place among locals (we were the only tourists there). Punjabi Cafe offers Ok inexpensive food.

After visiting His Holiness Dalai Lama temple on the day of arrival into Dharamshala in the evening, we were looking for a good vegetarian place for dinner slightly late in the evening. We found this place and reluctantly entered there to check whether they have food for 12 people at that time. Do not remember his name but he said Yes and requested 15 minutes. Though a very small place, their efficiency levels are amazing. It just took 20 minutes to serve us all freshly made items that were tasting fabulous. We really enjoyed every item that was made just like home food. Icing on the cake is Large portions with reasonable price.
