Service is bit slow as they were preparing everything from scratch but I would say it’s worth the wait ! Pancake was superb so was English breakfast!

Ordered a vegan breakfast which was bit disappointing as they write baked beans but it's not what you generally eat. And secondly pancakes, huge and fluffy, worth trying. Lastly, the pies were good specially the banoffee.

Okay, we are Vegan and so it does make it more difficult to find places that can cater for our requests. Especially ones that do not claim to be a vegan place. However, we look at the menu first and see if there is something we could have and also make things simple for the staff, as to not cause confusion. Which undoubtedly the vegan conversation always does. We are always patient and explain what we are looking for. If they were to say that cant offer it, then we are happy to move on. However, when asked about getting the items we wanted, they seemed agreeable. So we asked for some plain toast, hashbrown serving (that was on the menu) and then we saw spinach, tomato and mushroom as side items. So we asked for this and that seemed like a simple enough request and would make up quite a decent breakfast. The whole thing was chaos. Omelettes came out, even though we said NO egg several times. Which they then seemed all put out and that they had to take it back. The guy taking the order was only half listening, but seemed to agree to our requests for making sure there was no egg etc. In the end, they bought out a whole random selection of things that were not what we ordered and didnt want. They eventually tried to fix it, but if they had better communication and listening skills, it should have been an easy request.
