It was almost closing time, but the guy there was super nice and friendly and... read more Landed in Istanbul and headed to this place after check-in on a hot summer night. It was almost closing time, but the guy there was super nice and friendly and said it was still ok to order food. I ordered a Babel Special from the menu, amazingly tasty and with a side of well seasoned salad. The place was also a whole vibe with some super interesting music playing in the background. I had the best time here and will definitely go back for more during my time here in Istanbul (probably for breakfast and coffee).

Both dishes had a distinct flavor that I would highly recommend. The bread is exceptionally soft and complements the lentil soup well. The interior decorations are also very pleasing.
