No one spoke to us at all, and it was clear that the waitress had very little knowledge of English when she couldn't answer my questions about the shakes. We ordered 2 normal shakes and 1 large shake, but they all came out the same size. When we sent the 'large' shake back to get the correct size, we had to wait another 10 minutes only to receive the same watery shake that had been sitting out. It took 25 minutes to get our food, even though there were only 3 other tables with customers - one of which had already been served. Our drinks didn't come until after our food, and it took a total of 35 minutes to receive the 'large' shake. The restaurant appeared to be clean, but the toilet could have used a good scrub and some soap and hand towels or a working dryer. The food was alright, but the waffle was undercooked and the presentation was lacking. Overall, I would not return to this restaurant and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Took my 2 daughters 12 8 and ordered strawberries with chocolate on we got given strawberries with no chocolate, sent it back we get strawberries and bananas with chocolate on lol I ordered a cake it was so soft sitting in the sunny window most of the day after being defrosted it was inedible. Would never go here again better to travel to Sidcup and go to Kasper’s 100 times better all round
