It was a very pleasant visit. beautiful choice of desserts. because it was silvester it was quite empty, but server were very helpful and courteous (I had to charge my phone and they found me a table next to the socket).

Had my daughter's birthday here, eating was delicious, personal was really friendly, highly recommended, especially her waffels was insane.

Beautiful place to enjoy a dessert or two. beautifully decorated and staff very friendly and attentive. good selection of pancakes and all wad up to order. you have to wait a bit when you're busy, but it's worth it.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. No one spoke to us at all, and it was clear that the waitress had very little knowledge of English when she couldn't answer my questions about the shakes. We ordered 2 normal shakes and 1 large shake, but they all came out the same size. When we sent the 'large' shake back to get the correct size, we had to wait another 10 minutes only to receive the same watery shake that had been sitting out. It took 25 minutes to get our food, even though there were only 3 other tables with customers - one of which had already been served. Our drinks didn't come until after our food, and it took a total of 35 minutes to receive the 'large' shake. The restaurant appeared to be clean, but the toilet could have used a good scrub and some soap and hand towels or a working dryer. The food was alright, but the waffle was undercooked and the presentation was lacking. Overall, I would not return to this restaurant and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

The staff behind the counter struggle to speak English so getting what you asked for is difficult and the waitresses are not much better either as clearly not that interested in customer service I imagine due to low wages and working conditions. Took my 2 daughters 12 8 and ordered strawberries with chocolate on we got given strawberries with no chocolate, sent it back we get strawberries and bananas with chocolate on lol I ordered a cake it was so soft sitting in the sunny window most of the day after being defrosted it was inedible. Would never go here again better to travel to Sidcup and go to Kasper’s 100 times better all round
