There's this one girl there who's really nice. I love her, I hope dunkin donuts pays her well cause she gives me the best drive through experience ever. She goes above and beyond. Also all the people there seem to be good workers.
The staff was fantastic and cheerful, getting our order ready ahead of time and serving us with big smiles. While parking is a bit cramped, there's a large shopping plaza nearby that can accommodate bigger vehicles.
My friend and I decided to stop by Dunkin' for a coffee break this morning. We made two separate orders from our car, which could have been a bit chaotic, but the cashier was patient and made sure to clarify each order. There was a special offer on the DD Perks app for a free medium coffee with any purchase, but right as we arrived, my friend's app logged her out and we couldn't reconnect. Luckily, the cashier named Kathy, who I believe was the shift manager, was extremely friendly when we reached the window. She managed to scan something that allowed my friend to still get her free drink without needing the app! As college students, we really appreciate every little savings, especially when it comes to coffee. I can't thank the fantastic customer service we received at this Dunkin' Donuts location enough. I highly recommend it!
