We visited on Thursday evening, which is the only night they are open, and tried their three-course set menu. The service was friendly, with a touch of nervousness from the young team. The food was top-notch and offered excellent value at £19.95 for three courses and coffee. We definitely plan on returning multiple times.

We enjoyed a lovely meal with a licensed bar and a relaxed atmosphere. The service was fantastic and we felt unrushed. The young students, aged between 16 and 20, managed the entire experience under the supervision of a college tutor. The menu encouraged customers to treat the experience as a learning opportunity for the students. The French night we attended was delightful, with every course being delicious and authentic. The staff even offered to adapt dishes to be vegetarian. We look forward to future themed evenings at this restaurant and highly recommend it for a great dining experience.

The food is first rate and the service is great. It's fantastic to see young people learning skills that they can use in the future as they do the cooking and the serving. Having to wear face coverings didn't seem to affect their enthusiasm. Fantastic value for money coupled with fresh clean surroundings and really tasty food along with the knowledge that young people are getting a real life experience made this an evening to remember. The service may be a bit inconsistent at times due to the learning process of the students. The restaurant is only open on Thursday evenings for a set menu of 3 courses priced at around £17, as well as on Thursday and Friday lunchtimes with starters and desserts priced at about £3 and main courses at £4. Reservations are necessary and seating times are strict. They also host theme nights once a month with a menu priced at approximately £17.95. There are typically around 4 options for each course. They have a good selection of wines and a full bar available.
