I waited for 5 minutes at the counter while the lady glanced at me and continued walking. They only had wheat bread available, and when she prepared my sandwich, she weighed the chicken and added exactly 8 tiny strips. To make matters worse, half of the vegetable options were unavailable. Do yourself a favor and head to the next city for a Subway instead; this one is not worth the visit. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The attentive young staff were extremely friendly and made a delicious sub.
I've visited this restaurant multiple times, and on several occasions, they've been out of certain items. When I inquire about when they will be restocked, they say it will take 45 minutes to an hour. It seems like they have little interest in replenishing what they’ve run out of, whether it’s tea, meats, or sauces. One evening, they had one of their doors locked, leaving only a single entrance and exit, which is a violation of state and federal fire safety regulations. They mentioned that the lock was broken and that the manager didn’t seem to care. It's surprising how unaware young people today are of the potential consequences of such issues.
I asked for pickles and olives on the side for my foot long. I like to put them on when I?m ready to eat. She gave me a small cup with them combined. I asked if I could have them separate I could see she was annoyed. She came back I told her I was sorryfor any inconvenience. Seriously there was maybe 8 olive slices for a foot long.
