This Hardee's resorted our faith in the restaurant. Food was hot and fresh. Burgers were the way we remembered. Thank you for the quality.
I went through the drive through. The guy that took my order was very rude and had an attitude. The girl that gave me my food also had an attitude when I told her that I had received an attitude at the drive thru. After I ordered, I was told to pull to the side where I waited way too long, and another customer ordered after me and got their food first. When I got the food it was cold. Worst experience I've had at any Hardee's. I will not be back.
They always have at least 7 10 minute wait on pies today they were completely out . None to cook. Famos star burger was a 7 10 minute wait also we were the only clients in line and 6 people working
Service can occasionally be slow, but the food is always consistently great. I've never experienced any problems with my order or gotten the wrong item.
I wouldn’t give this place any stars! My Frisco sandwich came cold and dry, and honestly, it was pretty disgusting. If I weren’t trying to be patient, I might have thrown it right out the window! I definitely won’t be coming back. It’s frustrating to see employees more interested in their paychecks than in providing good customer service. Hardee’s, you need to do better!
