Sid's serves some of the best Eastern NC style BBQ around. The restaurant is only open for lunch on Saturday. Come early because when it's gone, it's gone. Good country pork BBQ and BBQ chicken with fast friendly service. Sides are cole slaw and hushpuppies. To go service or enjoy eating outside under their covered picnic area. This is a Saturday standard in Duplin County and worth the drive for those from surrounding areas. Don’t forget your bottle of Sid’s Sauce!

Quality BBQ! Drive thru open only on Saturdays, roll down your window, they write your order on paper, give paper to you, someone else will take your paper when you get closer to the kitchen building, they bring your food to you, you don't need to get out of your car at all! They have outside seating and tables under shelter just in case it rains and for when it is very sunny outside. Drive thru, enter one side of the property and exit the other side of the property.

The restaurant is clean, friendly, and serves delicious food, making it well worth your time and money.

This might just be the best BBQ I've ever tasted in my life. I'm convinced that these are the best hush puppies I've ever eaten, and I stand by that claim. They were incredibly sweet and wonderfully crunchy on the outside. The pork was nothing short of amazing, finely chopped and perfectly tender. The large piece of cracklin’ really was like a chef’s kiss. This place is only open one day a week and often sells out, and it's situated somewhat off the beaten path, but it’s worth the journey if you can make it. Yes, the person taking your order will be armed. Yes, you might question why you're in someone's driveway. And yes, it will be the best BBQ you've ever had.
