I am a regular customer at this restaurant. I had never ordered online before, but decided to give it a try. The app was easy to use. When I went to pick up my order, there were about 7 people in the store. Someone asked if I had a pickup order, and when I said yes and gave my name, a young man went to get my order. However, the young lady at the register rudely told him to do something else. She was on a cell phone and seemed distressed. The young man eventually brought me my order, while the lady at the register gave me a glare. The atmosphere was chaotic and other customers seemed frustrated. If I had ordered in person, I would have left. It was uncalled for to treat staff and customers so rudely. The young man seemed embarrassed as he was being bossed around. I understand being stressed, but it is important to be aware of how you speak and treat others.
I do not recommend ordering takeout from this restaurant. Every time I've placed an order through the app, it has been incorrect. Be prepared for long wait times and don't expect the workers to care about the quality of the sandwiches.
I got severely sick one hour after eating this Subways food. Sent feedback and received an email saying that Subway would be contacted. I tried to call that store 10 times the day I got sick, but apparently they don't answer their phones and don't contact customers who got violently sick from their food. Do NOT eat at this Subway!!!!! If I could do ZERO stars I would.
