Lacks ambiance because the cars parking in the ot shine their lights directly inside. I was shocked when I got the biil. Had the special, short ribs . Hardly edible. The cesar salad was charred and soaked in dressing. Waitress was nice but very overrated. Will NEVER return. Food: 1
