There was one girl working but I could hear people in the back. What should have been a 5 minute trip lasted 10/12 so I left. Managers should be there and should assist rather than letting people stand and sit. I spent half of my 30 minute break waiting to even be talked to

I went back in, they told me... read more Ordered ahead on the app. Picked up my order, and got back to my car. When I got back to the car they didn't have part of my order. I went back in, they told me that they were out of it. So, they would have let me drive away paying for something I didn't get.Then, they told me they couldn't refund the app. And since I didn't have a physical Duncan card I just had to be okay with paying for something and not getting it.

I now want to go there every night as this Dunkin is right on my way home. Not many baristas will listen to a long order for a specific drink(s), but these two wereso patient and phenomenal. If you have to go somewhere to get a drink or an order that's very specific due to allergies or justpreferences, go here and ask for either of them. Amazing experience!!
