I have consistently gotten great food and service at this Zaxby's. No fastfood restaurant is perfect and won't get every thing right every time, but I have found over the last year that this Zaxby's is often very consistent with the freshness of food and service. It took 15 minutes after my order was scheduled to be ready for it to actually be ready. Food was overcooked. I asked for 2 cokes NO ICE and I was given a lot of extra ice.
