always brilliant! customer service is always really good, the food is delicious, and the interior is always clean. I had no problem waiting in one line and the food was fast View all feedback.
What Paxton Kreiger doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
I love chic fil a and all? but this is the third time this has happen with my online order? I order a large fry and it is filled 1/3 of the way? I pay for a large and get a small?. They barley fill the container and then stuff it with napkins as if you won?t notice? absolutely ridiculous? do better please View all feedback.
The employees at chick-fil-a were great and very kind and the they were fast and the service was amazing, but because they were fast they forgot all my sauces and few of my drinks and some of them were made wrong and so I brought all the food back tooffice for over 10 employees and they were very disappointed. Also I had asked them to bag each item separately and that's whatthey did but the right orders were not in the right bag and so it seemed as if I was forgetting a lot of food. I'm leaving thisreview to better this place not trash it. Customers just make sure when you go to this place double check, you yourself doublecheck the order because the employees could be missing something you paid for. :

I also had asked them to pack each item separately and that's what they did, but the right items were not in the right pocket and so it seemed like I would forget a lot of eating. I will not let this review to improve this place, not to smash. customers simply make sure that if they go to this location double check, they themselves double check the order because the employees might lack something they pay.
I kept the other night, was here before and gave a good review, but that changed! eat the same good, but what is wrong with management. there were 4 cars of teens blown music, and the only track open to get to the parking space, other two lanes drive thru traffic. we ate our dinner 20 minutes later children still block there traffic I thought that would be a family-oriented place, I like children but come on management like a safe environment, it is their parking place.
For this place to be extremely slow, they would hope that you eat hot and the order is correct. I'm over this place not getting the order right and eating is cold. this has happened at several locations, and it has happened again. If we come back soon, I will double check my order, but I should not have to do that.
They barely fill your fries. Food is good. Wait time is much longer than other Chick-fil-A's I've been to. I'll just keep going to the Hamilton Mill CFA.
