EDIT: Just woke up at 2 am after eating at this location, I threw up all my food. Something definitely wrong with how this place cooks. Disgusting!

They initially messed up my order (for the fifth time) on Saturday morning and did not answer the phone that entire day for me to inform them. The biscuits on t... read more They initially messed up my order (for the fifth time) on Saturday morning and did not answer the phone that entire day for me to inform them. The biscuits on the chicken biscuits and the chicken minis were so hard I could literally knock on them. We had to throw all of the food away. I ultimately had to contact corporate to file a complaint. I ended up speaking to one of their managers today who was extremely friendly, professional, and apologetic. He replaced two orders for me as well as adding rewards to my app as compensation. However, The employees that are in charge of cooking and actually getting the orders together are horrible. As you can see, my replacement order was disgusting and I?m not eating this either. The fries are brown and cold. The chicken taste like it was cooked hours before. AND I did not get the correct sauces . I don?t understand what the issue is at this location, but they need some serious help. You?d think that with them knowing this was a replacement order because of the issues previously they would go above and beyond to make sure that this one was correct, but no. They could care less. Avoid this location at all costs!
