Ruby Tuesday - Bethlehem
Ruby Tuesday
Description
Ruby Tuesday has resumed its salad bar, a highlight that remains popular among guests. While the food varies, some dishes reportedly lack flavor and can seem overcooked. Despite this, the inviting atmosphere and friendly staff often steal the show, with numerous diners praising attentive service. However, long wait times and cleanliness in restrooms have raised concerns. Though the menu has evolved with new dishes and increased prices, options for dietary restrictions are well considered. For many, the solid service and enjoyable drinks make Ruby Tuesday worth a visit, despite its imperfections.

Our waitress was super great today. We had a long day and stopped by for dinner. She was attentive, nice and happy. It's nice to have a dinning experience like that. Food was delicious!! Brisket tacos and the melts!!OMG so good!! My son loved his kids mac and cheese and the other son have the chicken mac and cheese. Salad bar was definitely a high light for all of us. Thanks for a relaxing delicious meal tonight!
It wasnt bad. This one re opened the salad bar which was a plus. The food was edible. Personally, the cheese steak was flavorless and the tots were dry. It seems like the food sat under the warmer too long because the cheese was just sitting on top.The atmosphere was welcoming tho.
The doors should have been the first clue. They're heavy and difficult to open, as though they're trying to deter you from eating here. The smell should have been the second clue. It smells like your great aunt's house when she fried something weeks ago. The stale oil smell lingers. The service wasn't great either. It took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge we were there, and then after we were seated, it took a long time for our server to take our order.Salad and baked potatoes were our lunch order. I had to pick through gross looking spinach to get something nice looking at the salad bar. The potatoes came out with at least a week's worth of salt on the skin.In the restroom, I had to scrub the seat so I had a clean place to do my business (this could be considered a customer problem, but when urine is dried on the seat like that, I think it's fair to say it's an employee problem). This place is tired. But the good news: there were lots of seats open for lunch.
The restaurant was busy during lunchtime, but the service was still good. The food was delicious, but the salad bar was only average.
