While Primo tastes great, it comes at a higher price for a smaller sandwich.

On the plus side, there was a generous amount of meat in the hoagie. I’ll definitely return, although it feels a bit expensive for what you receive.

I picked up my order, got home, unwrapped it, and sa... read more The only reason I 'm giving it 2 stars is because this is my first bad experience with this Primo location. I picked up my order, got home, unwrapped it, and said to myself, this doesn 't even look like a primo but late night wawa . To start, it isn 't even the usual seeded Italian crusted bun that Primo is known for. What even is this that is holding my lunch? Then on top of that, it is completely smooshed down like someone crushed it. Second, the lunch meat is more sliced than the usual thin slice/chipped. Third, everything is soggy-the bun, the lettuce, etc, and the tomatoes are just thrown on top instead of being in the sandwich. It said on my online order I couldn 't pick up until an hour away from when I was ordering. I arrived 8 minutes early and my order was already sitting there. So how long ago was my order made?! If I wasn 't starving and had somewhere else to get to, I would have gotten back in my car, drove back and asked them to remake my order. This was nowhere near what a Primo hoagie is supposed to be and was not worth the price. I 'm w to pay more money for better quality food, but today was nothing more than a gas stop hoagie and not worth what I paid. From other recent reviews, it seems this location has been having quality issues. Pictures included.
